Will I need to provide any supplies?
-We provide all of the equipment and supplies needed to effectively and efficiently clean your home or office. All of our techs have been trained to use the equipment and supplies that we use. If you prefer a specific product please inform us of that prior to your cleaning. Please note that we cannot guarantee the success of any product not provided by us.
How do I pay and when is payment due?
-Payment can be made online with credit or debit card by clicking the link in the invoice that you receive for your services. You also have the option to have us process your payment using credit card information on file. Payment is due on the day of service and will incur a $10.00 late fee if not received within 3 days.
What if something is damaged in my property while you are cleaning?
-Although we are always extremely careful while cleaning, things happen. In the event something is broken and no one is in the home or office we will leave a note. You will be contacted by phone or email within 24hrs to discuss replacement or other compensation. We cannot assume liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured properly or damaged prior to cleaning. If these items are found we will leave a note letting you know that it was not cleaned and why.
How many people will be cleaning in my property?
-Our techs work in pairs or in groups as large as 4. We will do our best to keep the same techs in your home or office but we cannot guarantee it. However, we do guarantee that the quality of your cleaning will not change.
Do I need to be home or do anything to prepare for a cleaning?
-Most of our clients are not home when we clean, however, that is totally up to you. Clients often provide us with a key, garage code or unlock doors using their smart devices. Whether home or away you will need to provide us with a clutter free environment for the best cleaning. This includes people, items and pets as we cannot assume liability for the safety of others while working in your home or office.
